It is in the country, yet very near (10 minutes' walk) a nice medieval town where you can find everything you may need: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, weekly markets, shops, etc. Around here there are many places of interest to visit, nice medieval villages, monasteries and the world-famous farfa abbey, tuscany and umbria are easily reacheble, too. It is on two floors, large and full of light; downstairs there is: a living room with real fireplace, a kitchinette, two very large bedrooms (one double, one with three beds), a smaller one with three beds and a large bathroom with tub, a large balcony on the green of the smoothing sabina hills and a very large dining room, with sofa and satellite tv. Upstairs there is a very large livingroom/kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a smaller one with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a terrace on the green the view from here is really stunning. Upstairs there is wash up- machine and air contitioned. In the house there is also a washing machine.

The area is very interesting from the environmental and cultural point of view, there are many places to visit and you can relax immersed in the green of these hills and mountains. The villa is on hilltop, so you can enjoy a wonderful 360° view. Around villagiocosa there are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, beauty centres, tennins fields. At 9 km distance there is a natural oasis on the river tiber where you can go birdwatching, mountain biking or you can simply relax in the sun.
